About Tutahami

IT consulting built on honesty, not sales targets

We have been helping small and mid-sized businesses in South Africa make better technology decisions for over 12 years. No product catalogue. No vendor partnerships. Just practical, independent advice.

Our story

Started from a simple belief

Tutahami was founded on the belief that every small and medium enterprise deserves access to the same quality IT thinking that large corporates take for granted — without the bloated pricing, the unnecessary complexity, or the vendor lock-in.

Over the years, we have seen businesses overpay for tools they do not need, get locked into platforms that do not fit, and make technology decisions based on a sales pitch rather than an honest assessment of what would actually help.

We do things differently. We do not sell software. We do not earn commissions. We sit on your side of the table and help you make decisions that are right for your business — not for a vendor.

How we work

Vendor-neutral means genuinely independent

When we say vendor-neutral, we mean it in the strictest sense. We have no partnerships, no reselling agreements, and no affiliate relationships with any technology provider. There is no scenario where our recommendation is influenced by anything other than what is best for your business.

That also means everything we build is yours. You keep full ownership of your systems, your data, and your vendor relationships. If you ever decide to move on, you take everything with you. No lock-in, no exit fees, no strings.

What guides us

Principles, not platitudes

Integrity

Transparent communication, honest recommendations, and no hidden agendas. If something is not worth the investment, we will tell you.

Simplicity

Technology should make your business easier to run, not harder to understand. We keep things clear and practical.

Partnership

We work with you, not for you. Every engagement is a collaboration built on trust and shared goals.

Want to work with someone who puts your business first?

We would be happy to hear about what you are working on. The first conversation is always about understanding — no pitch, no obligations.
